About Me
I bridge the gap between infrastructure and business operations
I'm an IT professional based in Windsor, Ontario, finishing my Honours Bachelor of Business Administration & IT Administration at St. Clair College. Before that, I completed a three-year Advanced Diploma in Computer Networking — which means I understand both the technical depth of network and systems work, and the strategic lens businesses use to evaluate IT investments.
My internship at Narmco Group had me deploying 400+ computing devices across manufacturing plants as part of a large-scale ERP implementation. At the Town of Tecumseh, I led a network infrastructure analysis and redesign project from requirements gathering through to a final proposal. At St. Clair College's help desk, I delivered L1/L2 deskside support for students on Windows and macOS.
I'm looking for roles where I can apply this foundation — whether that's service desk, systems administration, or IT support in an environment where the work actually matters.

Deployed and configured 400+ computing devices (workstations, PM45 printers, scanners) across multiple manufacturing plants for a large-scale ERP go-live. 100% on-schedule delivery over a 4-month timeline.
Municipal Network Redesign — Town of Tecumseh
Led an end-to-end network analysis and upgrade proposal for municipal infrastructure. Evaluated firewalls, switches, and cabling; produced detailed Visio diagrams and a comprehensive technical proposal.
Enviroshake Contractor Portal
Built a contractor resource portal for a roofing company. Single-admin upload model with authenticated access, document management, and a clean UI for contractors to find installation guides and specs.
Riyaz — Pitch Training App
A Hindustani classical music practice tool with live swara detection, pitch trail visualization, and an XY pitch graph. Built as a single-file app using the Web Audio API for real-time mic analysis.
